It's wonderful to see a place with such a positive atmosphere! 🫡 While some familiar faces may have moved on, it's heartwarming that the spirit of the community still shines through. I appreciate the dedication of those who continue to make this place a vibrant hub. It’s a testament to the enduring connections people build. I'm always happy to support places that foster a great vibe. Wishing everyone there continued success! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Lady was very rude and messed up multiple parts to my son’s passport application. Such an inconvenience having to drive all the way back all because a signature wasn’t copied on there end of the machine. Shows that’s they lack attention to detail when handling costumers important and private information.

This location is bad at collecting packages from the drop-off boxes. It will take forever to simply scan your items and mark them as received, leaving people to wonder if the packages were lost or stolen.

Honestly the experience could had gone smoother. The fact it took almost two hours just to submit a passport application and the fact the first sales associate was being too rigid and made us redo an application because of a mistake they could had fixed. Then on top of waiting another 20 minutes just to finish everything with other sales associate who helped a bit more. Honestly im not trying to be nasty but they were not busy and only had three passport applications in the morning. And three to five people working.

Rude staff with the exception of one and they always lose my packages. Or it says it has been delivered but I didn't receive anything. Also, I put my mail on hold and when I went to pick it up, they said they couldn't find anything. Extremely frustrating.
