- SSSnoopyDec 3, 20251.0This location is bad at collecting packages from the drop-off boxes. It will take forever to simply scan your items and mark them as received, leaving people to wonder if the packages were lost or stolen.

The fact it took almost two hours just to submit a passport application and the fact the first sales associate was being too rigid and made us redo an application because of a mistake they could had fixed. Then on top of waiting another 20 minutes just to finish everything with other sales associate who helped a bit more. Honestly im not trying to be nasty but they were not busy and only had three passport applications in the morning. And three to five people working.

They were very accommodating in getting the photo when baby is sleeping and helped finish the entire process well under 15min. No issues with the application and received passport exactly in 2 weeks without paying for any expedited service.
