- JYJames Yu6 days ago1.0USPS and it's services entirely needs to be revamped. The toll free number has horrible responses as it's not meant to alleviate any user stress. The people who are delivering packages DO NOT handle any and all packages properly - in fact there are multiple occasions that the delivery rep just drops the packages lazily. I am sick and tired of how USPS handles deliveries and packages. This has to change - as an agency that the public needs these people are the most laziest individuals i've ever witnessed.
