RXO delivered my LG cooktop on time and the two guys who delivered it were really nice and professional. No issues: they called like 10 minutes before they showed up, removed the old cooktop, and installed the new unit. All of this in less than 30 minutes and no damage to the unit. Great job!

Horrible customer service, I called to ask about receive shipment, the agent she was not polite and she refused to put to transfer my call for survey, she told me if you want survey you have to hangup the call then you will receive the survey!!and she put me on hold and I want have choice other than hangup after looooooooooong time on hold ,My call was 01/02/2026 at 6:06 am

I explicitly called RXO to request a "short truck" due to the steepness and twistiness of our roads. Of course when delivery day came, the driver called and said he could not deliver because the roads were too steep. So I had to reschedule. The 2nd time around, the delivery was completed. The crew was professional and perfectly installed the washer and dryer. The lead installer indicated that he was not permitted to switch the dryer door, which was frustrating.

RXO installed two items, a cooktop and an oven. They did a good job overall. They were able to figure out how to install the oven despite some issues with the size of the opening not accommodating the shape of the oven. However, they made one major error: they destroyed the registration sticker that came with the cooktop. Without that, it is nearly impossible to register the cooktop for the manufacturer warranty. I asked the installers about it and they said they couldn’t help me. They also did not clean up after themselves. If you have something installed by them, save yourself a headache and don’t let them throw away any paperwork or stickers that come with your appliance!!
UPDATE: RXO reached out to me the day after I posted this review and provided me with the information I needed to register the cooktop. I’m pleased with their prompt help and desire to make things right, and have updated their review to 5 stars. I am glad there are still businesses that care about customer service!

RXO delivered and installed my new Electrolux washer. The scheduling part was a nightmare. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I received multiple conflicting calls and messages about whether the delivery will happen that day, causing much frustration and confusion. And when I called the office to double check, the staff who answered my call told me he would call me back to confirm. He never did. While the delivery eventually did happen at the very end of the day, my whole day of schedule was shot. The delivery crew though, was very courteous and efficient, the least painful part of the whole process.
