I received communication from the company the day before and the day of delivery informing me of the expected time of delivery. They arrived on the early side of the delivery window, which was great. They asked me where I wanted it and within minutes of arriving carried it into my garage. They were nice and professional. Everything arrived in great condition, no damage to the box or the fridge itself. Shortly after the fridge was delivered RXO followed up via phone and email to make sure everything made it alright and undamaged. Great service all the way around.
