    RXO is an utterly incompetent and deceitful company. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator, dryer, and washer for my new home, expecting a smooth delivery and installation process from RXO. Instead, I’ve been met with a level of incompetence and unprofessionalism that is absolutely unacceptable—especially when it’s now affecting my 3-month-old baby. The first delivery was scheduled for 12/18/24. The drivers called during the delivery window to inform me they couldn’t deliver or install because they didn’t have enough manpower for all three items. Despite my pleas for help, they simply drove off without even trying. After four exhausting hours on the phone with RXO customer service, I found out that the driver had blatantly lied, claiming no one was home during the delivery attempt. This is a disgusting display of dishonesty from your delivery team. The nightmare didn’t end there. After numerous calls and wasted time the next day, I managed to reschedule delivery for 12/24. When the drivers arrived, they refused to install the appliances and said they would only leave them in the garage. I begged them to consider my situation—especially with a young baby in the house—but they arrogantly refused and left without delivering anything. Now, I’m once again stuck fighting with this atrocious delivery service, wondering if I’ll ever receive the appliances I paid for. My family, including my infant, is being directly impacted by this failure. We’ve had to go without proper refrigeration, washing facilities, and basic appliances because of your team’s negligence. To make matters even worse, the delivery driver was shockingly rude and dismissive, with a lazy, careless attitude. He had the audacity to say he could either dump the items in the garage or take them back. Is this the kind of service Samsung endorses? This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and stressful. The way your delivery service operates is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is appalling.
