- BWBrandon WheelerDec 11, 20251.0The worst post office to deal with in the area by a huge margin. The main older guys who works there is incredibly rude and very inept. He always acts like it's a HUGE problem to do anything and even yells at customers sometimes over minor requests. At any other job he would have surely been fried years ago. They have also lost multiple packages of ours over the last year and refuse to ever help. They even refused to honor appointments for passports - we eventually gave up and just went to Lakeport after they wasted several weeks of our families time. Absolutely nothing good to say about this location, if you need to use the post office it's worth the time to go to Calpella, Redwood Valley, Hopland, or even Lakeport if it's for something important.
