    Received a tv today with a completely smashed screen. I receive hundreds of parcels from UPS with no issues ever. One FedEx package in five years and they manage to smash the screen to pieces.

    For some reason FedEx can't find my address. Ever. The post office and UPS do it regularly but fedex can't seem to find my address and once again dropped my package somewhere else and now I can't talk to a human to find out where this package is. Literally within minutes of receiving notification it had been delivered I had someone go outside to retrieve it only to find no package waiting. I reported it immediately and have been unable to speak to a human being. I waited a week for these car parts. Had a mobile mechanic scheduled and these idiots lost the package. And from where I'm sitting, no one has done a single thing to locate the package.

    My package was not delivered when they said it was because they said it had the wrong address, which was not correct then. They said it was gonna come at the end of the day four days later, it didn’t show up and they delivered it to our local school because in your past, I was on the school board and would get packages there. One other time the driver dropped the package at our driveway which is on a dirt road instead of coming A quarter mile to our house. It was lucky I even saw the package on the side of the driveway. This is unacceptable. UPS comes to our house every delivery, no matter what.

    Impossible to speak to anyone. They hold my packages for months and claim they can't deliver them. But they come into my neighborhood atleast once a week. Even if you pay for expedited shipping thru your seller, FedEx will not honor it. I've tried making claims to be reimbursed for the shipping payments I've made because 2 day shipping to them is not even 1 week shipping. Horrible service and I recommend avoiding using FedEx at all costs in the lake county area
