The post office and UPS do it regularly but fedex can't seem to find my address and once again dropped my package somewhere else and now I can't talk to a human to find out where this package is. Literally within minutes of receiving notification it had been delivered I had someone go outside to retrieve it only to find no package waiting. I reported it immediately and have been unable to speak to a human being. I waited a week for these car parts. Had a mobile mechanic scheduled and these idiots lost the package. And from where I'm sitting, no one has done a single thing to locate the package.
