Incompetent female staff member Lauren is rude and not helpful. Lauren had the nerve to reach over the counter and complete the survey with a satisfied rating for herself! I closed PO Box, did NOT ask for key, did NOT process the mail forwarding which was turned in last month, purposely did NOT print refund correctly so I was unable to process at bank, Lauren stamped "invalid over $50" on back of money order for a $99 refund. How incompetent!!! Now I have to spend 6 hours and another $100 driving back to TP to resolve the problem she created. Even another PO was in awe of the stupidity. Icing on cake, never asked for the new address to forward our households mail!
Lauren should be fired and TP should be ashamed. This is an important job, please screen employees better in the future.

When it comes to the annual "address verification" for locals to continue their no-fee PO Box, the postmistress is unwilling to complete on a Sat. She believes you need to take a day off work to fit her 8am-4:30pm M-F hours even if you work off the mtn.

Nice little location. Parking can be tough. Traffic during school pick ups and drop offs can take a while. Really nice staff! It's my home PO so I may be bias :D

This post office is simply a notch above all others. The staff are friendly and recognize their local customers. It is clean, well stocked and organized. Working in logistics for 20 years, this is the best PO I've ever done business with. I'm grateful to have the Twin Peaks Post Office near my home.
