Before trump this post office answered there phones were nice polite people now it's garbage service.. ridiculous I meen answer the phone so I can find out if my package is there or on truck the tracking # is always wrong says it's on truck wen I have had you hold any packages except letters because we have Mail boxes soy order is probably there but can't confirm it because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! And I specifically went to usps to try to fix this issue and gave them special permission to use our driveway/lawn. I still have to go collect every single package and it takes extra days at a time. The workers always act like its an inconvenience to get my packages from the back and refuse to try to fix this issue any further.
