We needed to ship some extra items home after visiting family because we completely ran out of suitcase space, and Alma went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough while helping us find the most economical way to ship everything from California to Florida. It’s rare to experience this level of customer service these days, and she truly made the whole process easy and stress-free. We left so impressed and so grateful — thank you, Michele and Alma!

The person who handles that had a family emergency and there was no backup so me and my wife took a day off work and pulled the kids out of school for nothing. To top it off, the employee was rude, saying it was our own fault for not leaving better contact information - but admitted they only found out that morning. We'd have still lost the days of work and time even if we'd known that morning the appointment was cancelled but they didn't have to rub salt in our wounds to top it off. Really disappointed in both the inability to keep their appointments and how rude they were about it.

There was confusion about where my package was supposed to be picked up and she was condescending and made me feel stupid for being in the wrong location, rather than just explain that they don’t do package pickup like that at this location. Sheila started off with an attitude and ended by rolling her eyes after I told her she was being rude.

YOU CANT DELIVER ONE PACKAGE AND THEN FIND THE OTHER ONES LATER AND COVER UP BY SAYING YOU TRIED WHEN YOU KNOW YOU DID NOT. BE MORE ORGANIZED. I ALSO RUN A COMPANY THAT ALL OF YOU NEED. PLEASE DONT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. Tony your great but your fill in is always making mistakes and just puts it off on the next day.
