- VSVeronica SApr 13, 20261.0Stood by the “caller service” door a good 15 minutes, ringing the bell, being ignored. The employees waited until after 5 pm and then yelled “we’re closed”. I pay a few hundred a year for a PO Box here. I expect BASIC customer service and to not be yelled at through a closed door by some coward in the back. It is bad enough that we do not have 24/7 access to our mailboxes or even to send a letter at this location. To refuse to service customers during business hours is insanely unprofessional.
