They were always friendly and went the extra moment to smile and be kind. I didn’t feel the people were nice or helpful the first few times I went in this store however, the past two times I have had the same guy and he was so pleasant. So shout out to Andrew! I am not sure if new owners or what. The store actually seems brighter and neater. Thank you for being kind.
- KDKate DowdSep 20, 20253.0I’ve dropped off similar packages at a different UPS and never run into these issues, but they scanned my QR (a Depop order) and said the shipping label was USPS so they couldn’t help me. I explained that I’m usually able to have my local UPS store ship no problem but they said their location is a “little different”? They wanted me to print my own label because they said they didn’t have access, but the printer was $1/min with a minimum of 3 minutes. They also said I wouldn’t be able to have a tracking code if I did choose to ship through them? It was odd. The store was a bit messy as well with a huge pile of boxes right in the middle so you’d have to squeeze past them up to the counter…

Both the gentleman clerks were helpful and answered questions truthfully. The computer it charges $3 for 3 minutes. For my experience, this is an average rate. A printed page for black and white ink was 20 cents. Make sure to have your label ready to print to not use the computer long.
