  First time here and the short guy was not very welcoming or friendly. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all. Will probably look for another neighborhood UPS.

  This is my neighborhood UPS store after living near one for years in south county and loving the gals there! They were always friendly and went the extra moment to smile and be kind. I didn’t feel the people were nice or helpful the first few times I went in this store however, the past two times I have had the same guy and he was so pleasant. So shout out to Andrew! I am not sure if new owners or what. The store actually seems brighter and neater. Thank you for being kind.

  I’ve dropped off similar packages at a different UPS and never run into these issues, but they scanned my QR (a Depop order) and said the shipping label was USPS so they couldn’t help me. I explained that I’m usually able to have my local UPS store ship no problem but they said their location is a “little different”? They wanted me to print my own label because they said they didn’t have access, but the printer was $1/min with a minimum of 3 minutes. They also said I wouldn’t be able to have a tracking code if I did choose to ship through them? It was odd. The store was a bit messy as well with a huge pile of boxes right in the middle so you’d have to squeeze past them up to the counter…

  The daytime crew during the week are awesome. They deserve recognition. Able to get people out of there quickly and staying cool under stress. A+
