They were always friendly and went the extra moment to smile and be kind. I didn’t feel the people were nice or helpful the first few times I went in this store however, the past two times I have had the same guy and he was so pleasant. So shout out to Andrew! I am not sure if new owners or what. The store actually seems brighter and neater. Thank you for being kind.
- KDKate DowdSep 20, 20253.0I’ve dropped off similar packages at a different UPS and never run into these issues, but they scanned my QR (a Depop order) and said the shipping label was USPS so they couldn’t help me. I explained that I’m usually able to have my local UPS store ship no problem but they said their location is a “little different”? They wanted me to print my own label because they said they didn’t have access, but the printer was $1/min with a minimum of 3 minutes. They also said I wouldn’t be able to have a tracking code if I did choose to ship through them? It was odd. The store was a bit messy as well with a huge pile of boxes right in the middle so you’d have to squeeze past them up to the counter…

Everything remains as a "5" Star rating, but I wanted to publicly give some "warm fuzzies" to a couple of excellent UPS employees working at the Park Ave, Tustin UPS Store. Both Andrew and Ted are two of the most recent employees that I have come in contact with on my recent visits to the UPS store. Was very impressed with the professionalism of the two employees at this store location. The wife and myself have had nothing but top quality service on each of our visits. Employees always address us with a smile and professional service. We stopped by to drop off a package that we prepared at home using the UPS online website that allowed us to prepay and print our own label out. Such an easy process and costing much less then using the U.S. postal system, not to mention the lines you have to put up with when using the USPS. (I'm a 24 year retiree from the USPS and I know about the long lines and poor service, especially during the holidays.) The UPS store here on Park Ave is very clean and contains all the products anyone might need to mail something or make copies of documents at a fair price. We'll be back!
