I had overnighted a spare car key to my husband in San Francisco, but unfortunately the package was delivered earlier than expected and we missed it. I was extremely worried since it was such an important item. When I called customer service, I was told UPS was experiencing technical issues and they were unable to assist me at that moment. Feeling stressed, I went back to the UPS store and asked for Vanessa. She was incredibly kind, patient, and proactive. She personally called the driver and arranged for the package to be delivered again by the end of the day. Thanks to Vanessa, everything was resolved smoothly. This was truly the best experience I’ve had with UPS. Thank you so much, Vanessa — your professionalism and dedication made a huge difference!

I recently found myself in a bind with a package, and the lady saved my hide. She always greets customers with a smile and scrambles to handle the requests. But this time, she went over and above to help me out, and I’m grateful. Excellent customer service.

The guy at the counter said they don't have any of those but I could buy one of the non ups box for a charge. So a UPS store doesn't carry any UPS express boxes. What a joke of a business, trying to nickel and dime for a box.
