She understood my situation with an Amazon return and, even though she didn’t have to, she helped me get in contact with them and figure everything out the first time. The second time, I came back to return another item through the same seller, and she again went out of her way to help. She printed out an estimate of the shipping cost—something she didn’t have to do—so I could have proof. She also suggested that I reach back out to Amazon to see if they could contact the seller and help find a solution with the shipping payment, since it was much more than what I originally paid. I truly appreciate how helpful and thoughtful she was throughout the whole process.
