- AHAlexandra HernandezSep 26, 20251.0I signed up for Primo Water Delivery and my first order went smoothly, but everything after that has been a complete nightmare. Every scheduled delivery after my initial one was pushed off with no explanation, no matter how far in advance I scheduled. Customer service is useless — they never seem to know why orders keep getting delayed, and they offer no real solution when you’re left without water despite paying in advance. To make things worse, even after cancelling my service, I continue to be billed. My credit card is still being charged, and I can’t get a clear answer or resolution on why they’re keeping my information on file. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend Primo to anyone.
