  FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

  Had a pre printed packing label on my package and ready to be shipped back to manufacturer via FedEx. Took me 5 mins in and out , to walk in scan then deposit in bin and left with my printed transaction record. Thanks again.

  Fedex is worthless! Unfortunately, fedex is unable to tell when their own stores are open or closed. Failed delivery for hold at location because they were unable to show up during open hours dispite having store hours on google.

  The staff here were great, they inform you and educate you on sending and printing items. Never a line when I walk in, and like how they are straight forward on what they can help you with and what they can't. Thank you for good customer service.

  I cannot begin to express the amount of gratitude I felt after coming here. My family and I had a large order of custom canvas prints that needed to be done ASAP. Unfortunately, it was for our baby of 18 months who passed away just a few days ago. The associate who helped me, Adrian, was kind, patient, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was difficult for me to create the images — the system was tricky, and seeing photos of our baby was very triggering. Adrian was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. After our order was finalized, he even followed up and called me. When I picked up the order, he had already left instructions with his coworkers since he wasn’t there. Overall, the customer service was amazing. Our canvases were finished on time and looked beautiful. This meant more to our family than I can put into words. Thank you, FedEx — and thank you, Adrian, for your compassion and care during such a difficult time. 💛
