  The people here are great!!! But you have to move a mountain to get through the robot horde guarding the phone lines; I never got through. I used three hours and a quarter tank of gas on this: the Modesto Fedex said it was at the Turlock office, the wonderful guy in Turlock looked at me and pointed to the package racks and essentially said: 'Can you see it? There's nothing there.' It's been almost a week and I still have no idea where the package is, I'm going to try retroactively "refusing the delivery" (wherever it is lol) and hopefully they'll just send it back where it came from. WITHOUT EVER TOUCHING MY HANDS. Then I just need to try to recover the $15 extra I spent for overnight shipping (two delivery tries and we didn't even get a door tag on either). The CEO of FEDEX is paid $13 million a year just to lose our packages. But you shouldn't be mean to the workers there because they are actually treated worse than the customers; there's a class action lawsuit out on that.

  Went in to make copies and neither one of the copy machines would work. I tried asking for help and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said “ya, they do that sometimes.” Waste of time coming there

  Priscilla was great- I needed something printed out she stopped what she was doing to help me with a deadline. The other associates said hello and were also very friendly. Thank you so much for making me look good with my deadline.
