I’ve filed complaints and nothing was done to resolve my issue. Isn’t this mail mismanagement at its worst! If I could give a negative review I would!

- TRT RDec 15, 20251.0Update: I handed four priority mail large boxes to the gentleman behind counter, only one is in transit and traceable. The other three say “label created and USPS awaiting package” Now, three boxes are MIA. Always 1 person at the counter. Line is literally out the door to the middle of the hallway where PO Boxes are. Do better USPS. I understand it’s Christmas time and busier but, every time I’m in here, always 1 person behind counter. The man behind counter held it together and was very professional and kind.
