Came in around 6:50 PM and had the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at this UPS location. The girl at the front desk with glasses, hair pulled back, and her gums showing was blatantly rude. No greeting, no acknowledgment just staring with a miserable attitude like customers are an inconvenience.
I’ve never had a problem here before. Everyone else has always been friendly and helpful, which made this encounter stand out even more. I did not feel comfortable leaving my package with her. She placed it in the back with obvious attitude, failed to put the return label on, and then made an unnecessary comment about me not getting my refund.
First of all, refunds are handled by Amazon not UPS. Making snide comments about something you don’t control is unprofessional and pointless.
Customer service clearly isn’t her strength. If you’re going to work the front counter, basic politeness is the bare minimum. A little professionalism (or at least pretending not to hate your job) would go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

Went in there today and these poor girls were dealing with a hostile lady. I couldn’t believe their immaculate customer service dealing with this situation. They are always so fast and helpful. I can’t understand how people can be so rude especially in these rush of times during holidays !! The girls there are always so nice and helpful. I will continue to come to this location for as long as they are there ! People need to loosen up ! Best place for amazon returns by the way!

I came right before they closed and the girl told me, "next time come earlier". I understand they have been working all day but it was before they closed and I apologized several times because I understand they want to go home. Another thing is my items keep getting "lost" in transit. Thankfully I have a receipt but I started taking my items to Visalia because I haven't had so many issues than Ive had with Tulare!
