I was home with the door open waiting all day as this is medical equipment and I am 70 needing this item. It is heavy for me to carry and they req. signature so I need it brought to the door. They left only a pink slip with "attempted delivery" but that is not true. I tried to call but they don't answer. I cannot drive to them without using what I am waiting for in the box!!! They must bring it to me!! I am afraid they will return it. I put a signed note in my mailbox. They don't deliver. They don't answer their phone. It is frightening.
