In addition to them being closed irregularly, when they are open, they'll tell you they have your package but just refuse to go get it. The agents here will look to blame being understaffed, and I'm sure they are, but the lack of fulfilling parcel delivery is unacceptable. This office should be closed and the owners of the PO Boxes given a full refund. Absolutely appalling excuse for a post office.

We wait over 5 minutes before i tell my 2 year old to ring the bell again. Then the lady comes out yelling at us. Where does she get off?
