Many many packages say “delivered” and they don’t know where they are, or they hold them in the back for whatever reason and when I get there after work(I work till 4pm) there’s a line out the door and I can’t get to talk to anyone. Honestly a complete waste of money renting a PO Box. Awful, terrible service
