Waited the less than 4 minutes .Presented my item for an Amazon return and was told the code is not valid.. ok.. hmm was told "sorry "by the person .Not sincere at all .Whatever ... Had to run to Carson later ,so I took the item to the UPS store there .The code was fine and no problem no attitude. hard to go back to the Truckee store after that exchange ...

Until recently they have a new member of staff who is incredibly rude, unhelpful and dismissive. The person does not even acknowledge you when you walk in the store just continues about what they were doing as if you were not even there.
