- JHJohan van HoogeveenNov 18, 20201.0Sad, sad lack of performance. They apparently cannot deliver to street addresses in this tiny town, and folks will have PO boxes. We addressed this to a street address, and they refused to drop it in the right PO box (everyone knows each other in this place of 300 people), or pick up the phone and ask us (we added a line on the address label: for delivery issues, please call xxx). So, the package went all the way back to us (more cost for the Postal (lack of) Service and they damaged the contents in the process. Now I will have to file a claim. More work for me, more work and lost money for the Postal service. For the $10 you pay to ship, you'd expect a tiny little extra if it is needed. Not so at this place.
