Zero stars- I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I received from USPS. I got a call yesterday about my $300 package, and instead of resolving the issue, the man on the phone told me to go search for it myself because it was delivered to the wrong house—somewhere four doors down. When I asked if it was to the left or right, he admitted he wasn’t sure! How am I supposed to track down a package without clear information?
When I got assertive and explained that I was absolutely not going door to door asking random people for my package—because that’s both ludicrous and completely inappropriate—he dismissed me. I told him I’d file a claim, and he rudely said I probably wouldn’t get my money back. Excuse me? That’s not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.
It wouldn’t be such a big deal if this were the first time something like this happened, but it’s not. It’s almost $400 worth of items that I’m supposed to just take on faith will show up—even though my packages never do. This is beyond frustrating. Thankfully, I contacted the company I ordered from, and they refunded me, but I shouldn’t have to go through this every time.
USPS has consistently let me down, and their lack of accountability and professionalism is incredibly disappointing. They need to do better.

Seem nice enough but I've had packages marked as delivered that never showed up. They said it wad in mailbox but it's a 135 lb piece of furniture. I also have doorbell cameras. No package arrived. Working on filing a claim now.

It is not the first time this USPS put packages in the wrong mailbox. Just bad delivery service. How are we suppose to find our stuff now?

If your package doesn't fit in your mailbox, chances are they won't deliver it.
