- BGBen GambinoOct 6, 20255.0Charlie and Hannah are the reason why this store operates so smoothly. Read the other reviews if you must, but I would say when it comes to technical expertise, professional acumen, and an understanding of how a logistics operation works they both move to improve and succeed. There will be other reviews on this page, but most "lesser" reviews are from customers who do not understand the change USPS is going through with new taxes/charges, reallocated sorting facilities, and just normal mail discrepancies happen. It is a shame, really, when people do not understand there is a process and that process can be restricting. These personnel, however, have done and will do their best to make your mailing needs come through. Charlie and Hannah, and the Travis AFB UPS store is my "go to" facility for my needs. Thank you.
