    Absolutely terrible service. They lost my paid certified mail. When I came in to ask if they were holding it for whatever reason, they kept cutting me off and saying that they couldn’t help me. How can you help me if you won’t even let me finish talking? I did not want to argue in public but it gets to a point when “customer service” keeps interrupting me. Is it that easy to get a job here?

    Poor customer service. The front desk employee was very rude. Another customer was confused and she spoke to him disrespectfully instead of helping. When I asked a question, she abruptly told me to use the kiosk and only enter part of the address, without explaining properly. It was close to closing time and she seemed rushed and dismissive, trying to push me away even though I needed assistance. I also needed help dropping off my package, but the drop-off box was locked. When I asked for help, she said she couldn’t assist because it was closing time. The doors were locked and she told me to use the window, but no help was provided there either. I ended up having to ask another customer for help just to mail my package. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience

    If I could, I'll give them a negative 5 stars. I will never ship or receive anything from USPS ever again, poor customer service always false information packages always late, no matter what time of year. Or it's lost

    I come here about once a week and the staff are amazing. They help me send overnight letters and packages. Some of the reviews must be old.
