- FAFazia AliJan 6, 20261.0Poor customer service. The front desk employee was very rude. Another customer was confused and she spoke to him disrespectfully instead of helping. When I asked a question, she abruptly told me to use the kiosk and only enter part of the address, without explaining properly. It was close to closing time and she seemed rushed and dismissive, trying to push me away even though I needed assistance. I also needed help dropping off my package, but the drop-off box was locked. When I asked for help, she said she couldn’t assist because it was closing time. The doors were locked and she told me to use the window, but no help was provided there either. I ended up having to ask another customer for help just to mail my package. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience

- MRMary RobinsonMay 25, 20231.0The postmaster that delivers at my residence is awful, terrible he puts the mail in other folks mailboxes he throws your packages at your door like he is angry, he put a very important package in the wrong box now it’s lost because the person who mailbox he put my package in they kept it so sad, something that was very important to me who knows he may have taken it himself lot of folks these days are very dishonest, but when you do wrong it comes back upon you, I contacted the post office (Postmaster) but they are not going to do anything about it they don’t care good customer service no longer exist these days so very sad. Please pray for our Nations!
