- FAFazia Ali6 days ago1.0Poor customer service. The front desk employee was very rude. Another customer was confused and she spoke to him disrespectfully instead of helping. When I asked a question, she abruptly told me to use the kiosk and only enter part of the address, without explaining properly. It was close to closing time and she seemed rushed and dismissive, trying to push me away even though I needed assistance. I also needed help dropping off my package, but the drop-off box was locked. When I asked for help, she said she couldn’t assist because it was closing time. The doors were locked and she told me to use the window, but no help was provided there either. I ended up having to ask another customer for help just to mail my package. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience
