- TTTracyJan 23, 20261.0Terrible customer service. The woman worker is so rude. She’ll take your package out of your hand, roll her eyes and say nothing to you. Or if you dare ask her a question, she’ll answer with “what?” with lots of attitude and eye rolling. I will go out of my way to go to another location just because of her. Like who did you wrong girl??? Don’t got to take it out on customers. Damn. Negative stars if I could.

The first time, I asked for a change of address form and was told to do it online, with no help offered. Today, I tried to return a package. My QR code said no label, no box, but I was told I needed to purchase an envelope. When I explained what the QR code said, I was told the bag would break and that he wasn’t going to take it. This is exactly why people dislike the post office. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, they shouldn’t be working there.
