  I’ve had a few odd experiences at this location. One time, they tried to upcharge me for packing, and another time, the staff was rude to me. My understanding is that this UPS store is run by a husband and wife. I go to this location often, and the owners recognize me. On January 5th, the lady owner charged me $25.95 to pack a tripod into a 39 × 12.5 × 12.5 box without any padding (already quite a lot for a box, some clear tape, and about 5 minutes of work). A few days later, on January 9th, I came back with the exact same tripod to be packed the exact same way. When the old lady saw me, she SPRINTED to the cashier to say something. I initially thought she was acknowledging that I was a returning customer and remembered me from four days earlier. I was ready to pay when I noticed that the packing price was now almost $30(!). I confronted the husband why the price had changed for packing the same item. He tried to explain that prices went up after New Year’s, but that didn’t make sense since the price just four days earlier was almost $5 lower. After I questioned this, the packing price was reduced back to $25.95. It felt like the lady owner rushed to the cashier to tell her to upcharge me. After reading all the negative reviews, I am now confident that this was exactly what happened. I also visited this location on another day in late December 2025. I was explaining to the lady owner (who was at the register at the time) that I needed to pack an item without padding. She suddenly replied something very briefly, with an attitude, and walked away to sit at the computer. Her husband was helping another customer at a different register, but he told me he would assist me once he was done. At that time, only the two of them were working in the store. I don’t understand why you would suddenly leave a customer in the middle of a transaction to go sit at a computer. At first, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but again, after reading the reviews, it’s clear the rude behavior is a pattern there. I’ll be taking my regular packing and shipping business to some other UPS store.

  Rude, Pretty bad customer service!! Took about 14boxes and he just wanted to scan them, a made me move them one by one, didnt me help at all!! Just asking for a little bit of customer service

  Staff acknowledge customers, communicate with and keep customers informed about the process. The store is clean and tidy, and the staff are dressed professionally.
