  Went there for to make some copies and notarized a document. The guy is really nice but the lady is really rude after we make the copy. The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it’s complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it’s OK for next time. We usually go there sometimes but I think it’s time to find a new location or when we get there we should ask the guy to help us. Everyone please avoid the rude lady.

  I go to this store every time I have an Amazon return and I have lots of Amazon returns! Other than having touchy Internet, they’ve been great! Elizabeth and Jennifer have helped me many times with big boxes that there was no way I could’ve done it by myself. Some of the charges that I’m reading on here must’ve been changed because when I needed it taped up or I have to email them to print a label. They only charge me a dollar for that which is no big deal but I’ve never been charged for taping or anything like that, unless I buy a box, but that would be my decision. Either way I give this store, a major thumbs up and five gold stars! Thank you for always giving me good and fast service!

  I needed 1 piece of tape for the packaged box 📦 to send back to Amazon and these people told me I could purchase a whole role of tape! 😏 Very distasteful, unhelpful, & nonchalant

  I went to another UPS store for Livescan and they told me that some information was missing in the system and they couldn’t help me. So, I came here and this very kind person, named Deandre, helped me out. He is competent, efficient, and just has lovely energy. I highly recommend you go here for Livescan and ask for Deandre.
