Amazon clearly states this location accepts returns, and after completing the return process, you’re issued a QR code specifically to bring there. I followed the instructions exactly. They refused to take my item because it didn’t fit inside a small plastic shopping bag. Instead, they told me to cancel the return and take it to UPS — after I had already driven there, waited in line, and wasted time and gas. What made it worse was the customer service from Bryant, Waz and the manager. The only response I received was, “That’s our store policy,” repeated over and over, with no effort to acknowledge that Amazon had issued a valid QR code sending me there in the first place. To make it even more ironic, there’s a big sign that says “Happy Returns.” The experience was anything but. It was frustrating, dismissive, and a complete waste of time.

I really avoid the Gardena location it feels like your bothering the employee (older male) for doing his job duties. Please give Mustafa from Hawthorne a RAISE!
