  Love my DTF Printer that I purchased with Printomize! I've had my printer for about a year and a half now and I couldn't be happier with it as well as the customer service I receive from the guys at Printomize. When I purchased the printer I was a little nervous about operating such a hi-tech printer but the training I received from Chris (who traveled to my facility to help me set up the printer and show me how to operate it) was outstanding. Even a year and a half after my purchase I can call these guys to help me troubleshoot any issue I might have and they are always available to help. Just yesterday I had a small issue with my white ink and I called them and Chris and Kevin spent about an hour on facetime with me to help me resolve the issue and get back to printing. They literally dropped what they were doing to help get me back up and running. Their printers and products are top of the line, but the customer service is where the real value comes in. I couldn't speak more highly of the company and people running it.

  It’s all about the business partners you pick. Many people can complain about something going wrong or breaking, but owning equipment for long term of any type that can happen. It’s more about the team you pick to support you. Printomize is the best for this. Day or night, weekends or holidays, they truly care about making sure your equipment is running and you are making money. I have worked with printomize for 4 years and own 3 machines with them. Parts are always in stock. They will walk you through all repairs. And most of all the product is top notch. Don’t believe the horror stories! If you work with them they will give you all the help you need to keep the machines going for years to come. Best team in the business

  Stay away for this company, these guys are the worst persons I ever met (Kris and Richard) at the beginning they are very kind, but when you buy the machine, and some problems occur on the machine they are going to try, and blame you. They will tell you the warranty is not valid for any reason justifiable, I have 7 months without using the machine and the software doesn't work as well.

  Amazing customers service. They go above and beyond. They handle rush easily and they are available night and day to assist.

  Very impressed with the quality. This was the first time I did something like this. Out of 50 logos that were printed on the transfer sheet, 50 were perfect and transferred great. I will definitely use these guys again.
