No real investigation was done. I believe a FedEx employee stole the package as the contents were shown on the box (a very large box at that); it was a very nice set that has been out of stock, so it's an irreplaceable item. I am more than upset and will never spend money shipping with FedEx again.

When we arrived later to pick up the rest, it wasn't quite ready and she was able to call dispatch to see when we could expect it. When I went back, Twania was super helpful in getting additional prints done - easily and quickly - and this overall experience makes me truly appreciative for the staff and the service. Thanks a million Twania and Erica!
