This time the email was not giving me the code I needed to printout the label. I saw the was no service so I tried going outside to get the code like three times. So finally I ask for some help and they told me that I need to wait and there’s nothing they can do. So then I say, can’t you give me a different email since this email is not working, So they finally gave me a different email and I got the code. I find it ridiculous that they were annoyed with me that I couldn’t get the machine to work and I needed another email and they did not want to give me another email. Didn’t even really want to help me. They wanted me to do it all on my own and just be patiently wait if I would’ve patiently wait I would’ve never got the email because I did not get the email until they gave me a different email to use. Really easy to solve the problem and they made it a lot more complicated for no reason.
