- MMMatt MNov 15, 20251.0I shipped a cell phone from this store. The store employee asked what type of phone was is the package. He stated we don't ship certain models due to battery explosions. I told him the model. I called other UPS stores and they do not have a ban on shipping certain phones. When the phone arrived to the recipient the package was empty. The $1400.00 phone was stolen. Then nothing but stonewalling and misinformation from the store manager and the owner. I filed a police report. Also filed a claim with ecoATM. Do not ship anything valuable from this store.

Instead of helping, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience. I ended up driving 3 minutes to another UPS Store, where they happily helped me close my box at no charge. I’ll definitely be going there from now on.
