    Unhappy, they reported it twice that my box weighed 8lb but only weighs less than 4lb. Even the receipts say that! I wish they will mention when it’s overweight so I can adjust the label and company will pay for it and not me.. Paying extra money for false claim

    This place is the worst! Tried to do a return told me they would tape it and couldn’t use original package it came in . Wanted to try to sell me a new one ! Went to the other UPS store on Ave Dec Arboles and was no problem used original bag !
