- GCGrace ChenNov 5, 20251.0I completed Live Scan fingerprints here. They don't have the electronic fingerprint machines through Certifix. They manually press your fingers into ink and then onto a form which they told me would cost $55 to ship as it needed to be specially packaged and expedited. I told them I did not want expedited shipping and they still charged me $49 for shipping, saying no location would be cheaper. This was on top of the $40 for the Live Scan service. I would highly recommend going to PostalAnnex on TO Blvd. I pre-paid for the service online through Certifix, and they had the equipment to submit my forms and fingerprints electronically without any additional costs.
- KKKOct 18, 20251.0Awful customer service attitude. I needed a few envelopes to ship loan documents back. I asked for 5. They have them behind the counter. A young woman had to ask an older woman if I could have them. The older woman said only 3. I thought they wanted business. After all, once the envelopes is filled and dropped off for shipping, isn't that where they make money? After all, what do they think I'm doing with the envelopes? Needless to say, I won't be dropping these off to ship from their location. I'll drive to another town. Just awful awful people.
