Immediately Sheyla helped me to see if my package left the facility she went to the back to see what she can do, then came back with her supervisor Paul. We went back to see if he could look through to find my package, not much longer later he had found my package at the bottom of the basket. My package was the shirts for my T-ball kid team so because of Sheyla and Paul Amazing help, my kids were able to wear their shirts that afternoon instead of having to wait till next week when it got delivered. Both Sheyla and Paul deserve a very good raises and promotion for their phenomenal customer service and care they have for thier customers! Thank you!
