Everyone else was very polite. I will definitely give her a bad review next time. This Asian woman completely lacked professionalism and manners; she is the most rude woman I have ever met.

It felt unhelpful and unnecessary. In complete contrast, the Temple City Post Office is outstanding. The staff here are welcoming, professional, and actually willing to help customers. They make the process smooth and efficient, even when it’s busy. The difference in attitude and service is night and day. Temple City has definitely earned my business moving forward.
