  Unbelievable, why is this store an option it’s a waste of time. Access is not available unless you have a gate code.

  I used to drop off my Amazon returns at Amazon Fresh but they closed and I found this to be the closest drop off location to me. It was hard to find, but it is behind the gas station in the storage building. I do recommend screenshotting the QR code or saving the return code to your wallet because the internet reception is horrible on this side of town. I was impressed how the one lady helped me and two other customers at the same time. I was in and out after my code loaded, didn’t have to wait long.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I recently brought a computer to this UPS store for an ATT/Asturion repair delivery on special box and packaging provided by ATT. The experience was frustrating from the start. The store is located in a confusing spot between storage units, as handicap it was hard to park. My son initially brought the package inside. A woman working there rudely told him he needed to pay for the box and tape, even though we already had all necessary packing materials and only needed tape to seal it for inspection. My son steeped out of the store and helped me to get out of the car (I’m using a knee scooter) so I could help. She reluctantly agreed not to charge us, claiming she thought it was an Amazon return — which clearly it was not. She also insisted on using a different box than the one provided by ATT, citing “instructions,” which seemed questionable. The package, prepaid for UPS overnight, was not shipped on time (Thursday) and remained at the store with no updates until the following week on Tuesday when I called to complain; and even then, she claimed ”unbelievably” she didn’t have boxes available — despite the original packaging being provided. Based on this experience and reviews I’ve read, this store seems to have a pattern of: • Delaying or loosing shipments • Confusing or incorrect charges for boxes and packing materials • Providing poor customer service -rudeness- • Inconsistent or misleading information -like store hours, need to pay for packaging- Other customers have complained about similar issues for very long time; including lost packages and stores being closed when listed as open. Responses from the owner promising fixes do not appear to result in any real improvement. Next time I will read reviews in advance, I used this store for location convenience but certainly will use the stores at Rancho California and Temecula Parkway where I had no issues, staff is professional and cordial and I don’t have to pay for a piece of tape of being charged for packing material unnecessarily. Bottom line: the service is unreliable, staff can be rude or unhelpful, and shipments may be delayed or mishandled or even lost. I cannot recommend this store for time-sensitive or important packages, or may at all. GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS!

  9:45 am friday February 13th gate not open. Hours on Google say they should be open at 9:30. Needs an update. Returned later that day and store was open. Dropped off my Amazon return and was in and out in 5 minutes. Store owner replied to my review, which is super nice, so added two stars. Based on other reviews the posted hours may not align perfectly with IRL so best is to arrive with an hour margin of posted times.
