  I had an excellent experience at UPS, thanks especially to Cindy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure everything was done correctly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s rare to meet someone who is both efficient and genuinely helpful—Cindy truly stands out. Highly recommend this UPS location because of her outstanding service!

  I dropped a package off and they lost it and won’t help me at all. They are avoiding responsibility for losing it and told me to call the USPS store but they obviously don’t have it because it hasn’t updated as shipped or even received by USPS. Unprofessional and not helpful. Never coming back.

  If you’re looking for a notary public, look somewhere else. This place is a joke! Their notary is only there certain days and between 11am-1pm, or so they said. So I go in those hours and once there am told they went out to lunch after the first hour, and they’re not sure the notary service will be able to help for the “few minutes” left when they get back. Pathetic! They should stop claiming they offer this service or hire a real notary that is actually available more.

  Extremely rude!! Horrible customer service. If you want service with an attitude go here. I would drive across town rather than drive here. UPS Meadow-view 👎 Temecula next to Barton’s. zero stars.
