  ​Do not use this location for your Amazon drop-offs. I came in on my day off to return a green bag (which I had already carefully packed) and an office chair. The manager, Kenneth, made the entire process incredibly difficult and uncomfortable. ​Instead of just processing the return, he erratically tore open my sealed box for the bag, only to awkwardly repack it while acting very strange. He then flat-out refused to accept my office chair because it was assembled. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, the interaction felt discriminatory and targeted. ​I ended up having to contact Amazon support directly. They were appalled by the store's refusal, bypassed Staples entirely, and immediately issued my refunds ($53.86 and $43.09) without requiring me to deal with this location ever again. Save yourself the headache and take your Amazon returns somewhere else.

  Excellent service center. The products on the shelf are sparse but if it's there they'll help you find it.

  THEY CLOSE AT 8PM (Saturday)!!!! Showed up at 8:09pm on a Saturday evening after driving 30 minutes. Store hours online say they are open until 9pm. Arrived just as they closed. When I asked a store worker why they were closing as Google says they close at 9pm and the guy said he “doesn’t own Google” (no kidding!) and that he “can’t control what Corporate sets their hours at on Google”. Even their website shows they close at 9pm. Very disappointed given the distance I drove thinking they were open (and the rude store employee).

  I went to Staples today to recycle some ink cartridges and to do a couple of Amazon returns. I had an amazing customer service experience. Vanessa especially was super helpful and very knowledgeable as well as Ethan. Thank you!

  February 11 2026 I have visited multiple Staples locations in Inland, I visited this Temecula location twice , but none compare to the exceptional experience I had with Jaclyne in the Staples in 32120 Highway 79 S. Temecula in the printing area. I must admit that technology can be challenging for some individuals, and it's clear that not everyone is suited for computer-based tasks. Everywhere else I've been, Staples employees at either location seemed put off by requests for assistance, but Jaclyne was a breath of fresh air. She didn't hesitate to provide help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for customers are outstanding. I would gladly drive 50 minutes to return to this, location every time, as this level of customer service is truly rare and exceptional. Thank you, Jaclyne. 32120 Highway 79 South Temecula, CA 92592
