- NLNelly LagmanOct 2, 20251.0Last September 29, 2025, I went to this post office with my handicapped mom to renew her U.S. Passport. The black American guy working in the front said you need to go to the website to get the form. He said once you complete it you can come back here or any other post office location. On October 2, 2025 around 9:50 am, I went back to this location with my mother. I brought everything completed just to mail it to the processing passport center. The same guy working again there said that I cannot do it and the person in charge is very busy right now. The black American guy said go to the main office, and I told the guy that he told me before that I can go anywhere at the postal office location. This place has very bad customer service. They gave me a hard time and I wasted my time, energy and gas. Then I went to the main office in Rancho California Rd. and they assisted me easily and accepted my mail right away. Everyone working there was very surprised that they did not help me. I spoke with the postmaster named Elisha and I explained to her and she understood and apologized. The people at this location were very frustrating, Lazy and have bad attitude. I will not go back to this place anymore. Bad and poor Customer service.

I’ve never waited in a long line, at least not one that took a lot of time to get through. I’m baffled at the bad reviews. I’ve gone to other post offices that took forever and were super crowded, and that’s never been the case here. I’d say take it with a grain of salt that those over reviewers were just having a bad day and wanted someone to blame. This has absolutely become my go to post office! I just wish I knew all the employees’ names so that I could give them a shout out here!
