  I absolutely love this store. The staff here is friendly and helpful. I went in to notarize a few documents and the notary, Daphney, was kind and helped us mail them after. Definitely coming back here for anything I need!

  Staff was friendly, but the store policy is unacceptable. I waited 10 minutes only to be told I’d be charged $3.95 to print a single-page return label. I’ve used other independent shipping services that handle UPS and they don’t charge for this. I refused on principle and now have to make another trip. Outdated, customer-unfriendly policy.

  Amy is the best of the best! She always has a positive and welcoming attitude. I’ve been in the store a few times for many services but this one time stood out the most because I needed a packing service. It was a fragile pack and she was so patient, went out of her way to even explain in detail how the item would be packed to make me feel secured. If Amy could pack my life together the way she packed that box, I’d be unstoppable.
