  I had an amazon return and it needed a little plastic bag.Which all the other u p s stores give for free?At their self service station. A but here it costs you almost six bucks. That totally sucks.

  "closed early due to an emergency" maybe if you hired more than one person to handle a shift then you wouldn't have these issues. Cheap shady business owners.

  I remember when this store was a mailbox etc. I seen the staff change over the years, but somehow they managed to have a solid team. This store is always busy but staff is friendly and helpful. I do my printing and amazon returns and it's right next to crave, my favorite coffee shop.

  This is a review for a specific UPS Store franchise location, which I found to be the absolute worst I have ever encountered in the entire USA. I strongly advise everyone to go anywhere else but here. This franchise is clearly run by greedy owners with a zero-tolerance, non-customer-centric view. While I understand that each UPS Store franchise is permitted to set its own policies, the policies implemented at this location are designed solely to trick customers and extract money at every possible turn. Based on my personal experience, here are the tactics they repeatedly use: * Forced Packaging Fees: They will often refuse a package, saying, "Sir, this is not packed well, I can't accept it," or "I need to tape it well," which results in an immediate, unwarranted $2 charge for tape or minor modifications. * Mandatory Purchase of Supplies: They frequently reject shipping materials you bring, claiming, "Sir, this is not a shipping-grade envelope; you need to purchase one," forcing you to buy their overpriced supplies. * Scanning/Printing Fees: They even try to monetize basic functions, stating, "Sir, I can't scan the code, I can print it for $2" change your scannera instead. These are not isolated incidents; they are standard operating procedure designed to nickel-and-dime every customer who walks through the door. This location actively finds ways to charge you every single time you visit. Avoid this franchise at all costs.
