I just got off a 12 hr shift from the children’s hospital and it’s the only time I had to go pick up something I ordered from them and the employees stood there inside staring at me like I’m stupid when it literally said to pick up my item at 8:30pm and I am here. This was very upsetting and I’m really disappointed.

I needed just a few sheets printed, but the employee at the counter said he couldn’t help because he was busy printing an online order. The self-service copy machine also wasn’t working at the time, so there was no alternative option available to customers. Instead of offering any reasonable assistance or solution, I was told that if I paid $27, then he would print it for me. That is completely unacceptable for a few pages and shows a serious lack of customer service skills.

They have office supplies, cords, cord management, plastic to go under office chairs, office furniture, some sundries and children's games. There is lots of parking. The clerks were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted and was offered assistance which is basically uncommomon today; workers were super polite. I'd definitely shop here again.
