Temecula in the printing area. I must admit that technology can be challenging for some individuals, and it's clear that not everyone is suited for computer-based tasks. Everywhere else I've been, Staples employees at either location seemed put off by requests for assistance, but Jaclyne was a breath of fresh air. She didn't hesitate to provide help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for customers are outstanding.
