Every other store gave me a hard time or acted like helping was an inconvenience but not Mark. He didn’t hesitate, didn’t have an attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for customers completely stood out. I’d literally drive an hour and a half just to come back here every time because that’s how rare and amazing this kind of customer service is. Truly outstanding experience Thank you, Mark and the team! 🙌

I paid for the binding to be dark blue and received black. When I returned as instructed, my book was not available, and I was told my name and number would be taken down in hopes the other person would return it. With a study of over 200 women beginning shortly, this has left me without the return of MY BOOK. In addition to not having the correct book, I also spent significant time and money traveling 35 minutes each way to resolve this issue, only to be left without a solution. Would not return to this location. The staff member( Asian male w mustache) was rude to me as well and had a poor attitude when “helping” me. Do a better job next time.
