- MPMichael PhasonJul 22, 20251.0Not sure what happened to last review, but I'll gladly restate it again. One STAR!!!! I ordered Primo's water services and delivery was set at last Wednesday. It was to include 2-5gal. bottles of water and a brand new water cooler. They delivered the water, but no cooler & technician to set everything up. I called & canceled everything which brings us to Monday when they were supposed to pickup the bottles of water. Called company today and man I spoke with said a glitch in the computer (yeah right-lies) canceled the pickup and supposedly is going to pick them up this Thursday or Friday and I told him as I told them before I'm not responsible if the water gets stolen because it's still outside my house, I don't want them and I have an attorney waiting in the wings if need be. They need to come get this or else!!!!
