I was returning an item, and Gian helped me. He was awesome! Very thorough, and also helped me quote how much boxes and then wrapping and shipping an item would be. Because I sell on ebay, these options are great to have. A little more pricey, but the 5 stars is based on how awesome Gian was at getting everything handled, being kind, and helpful. He deserves to be recognized for being such a good representative of this store and company!
