- AMAzure MoynaSep 8, 20251.0I went in on a Thursday and the self serve machine wasn’t successfully scanning. I tried a different machine. Same thing happened. I asked someone to help and they were like “that’s weird.” I was in a rush and didn’t have time to be fiddling with it for a long time. I go back the following Monday and same thing happens. I ask the lady behind the counter and she said to bring it to her and she will scan it. Then when she saw it was 20 or so scans she said I’d have to make an order and leave it with her. Based on the nature of the documents I was scanning I wasn’t comfortable with that and mentioned that I was having trouble last week and had assumed whatever the problem was that it would have been fixed by the following week. She said there have been issues for five weeks. Meanwhile another customer or two had come up to ask her the same question since they too were having trouble. My questions are: 1. If scanning is one of the main reasons people go to FedEx Office why has this location not fixed this problem in five weeks? 2. Why is there not a sign posted saying that scanning does not work and the machines are only working for printing at the moment? Why watch customers wait for machines, have the machine not work, have customers wait for another machine and eventually come up to ask the staff over and over and over for five weeks. Shockingly inconsiderate of their customers time and sanity!
