This post office will is so beyond incompetent & refused the packages stating the address wasn’t valid. Why this office sees the need to deliver AMAZON packages themselves is overstepping their actual responsibilities. Not to mention all of the previous reviewers stating how this office is notorious for losing, stealing & lying about packages. Now we know FIRSTHAND!

It really makes me worry and wonder who is receiving my mail and I hope more than anything my information will not get stolen due to the irresponsible post office workers. I contacted the Post Office in Bakersfield and they told me that they tried contacting Tehachapi Post Office and nobody answered. I have never had any problems with mailing anywhere else until mailing to Tehachapi. And calling them when they open to another time is a waste of time, because the calls hang up on you when you’re waiting for them to answer your call. Very poor customer service.

And the drivers act that it isn't a problem just the customer's problem and they don't care. This place is really going down the hill. I just want my packages, I pay my taxes, I pay for the postal service.
